1. Return Policy

You can return eligible products within 30 days of the delivery date under the following conditions:

  • The part must be in the same condition as when it was delivered.
  • The part must not be damaged, altered, or installed after delivery.
  • Original packaging and labels (if applicable) should be intact.
  • All returns must be approved by our support team before shipping back to us.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Electrical parts and sensors (due to testing limitations).
  • Special-order or custom parts.
  • Items that have been installed, modified, or damaged after delivery.

Return Process:

  • Contact our Customer Service at info@richmondpartsdepot.com to request a Return Authorization Number (RAN).
  • Once approved, ship the item back to the provided address using a trackable method.
  • Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

Note: Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped).

2. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be canceled under the following conditions:

  • If the order has not yet been shipped, you can cancel it by contacting our support team.
  • If the order has already been shipped, you will need to follow the return process outlined above.

We reserve the right to cancel any order if the part is no longer available or if there are issues with payment verification. In such cases, you will receive a full refund.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to appear on your statement after processing.
